Welcome to EMAJ-CH Training Center

Ever since I was a toddler and could barely stay on my feet, horses have been my biggest thrill. Despite my degree in architecture, I returned to the stable, where I enjoy every minute with these noble and fine animals.

Together with my mother I run the Thoroughbred Arabian Stud EMAJ in Adetswil. Our stud farm is only 40 minutes from Kloten Airport and the city of Zurich, has three hectares of green pastures, and includes 30 horse stalls. In addition to the breeding and rearing of our young horses, I have specialized in the training of young horses led by hand and under the saddle. One of my specialties is the preparation and training of Arabian horses for breeding shows. In the summer months I am on the road with our horses at international breeding shows all over Europe, where they compete with other horses from around the world. In addition to show training, I train the more mature young horses for being led by hand and for the saddle, and prepare them for their future tasks as reliable riding companions.

Respect, acceptance and trust are the most important principles I follow when training my animals, both for show and for riding. I try to be responsive to each horse personally and to adapt the training to each animal's individual character. Another of my goals is to train the horses in as versatile a manner as possible. It is important to me that the training should be fun and never boring.

In order to constantly expand my skills and knowledge, I regularly attend courses and training programs, both at home in Switzerland and abroad, and invite horse experts and trainers to teach me. In order to make my own expertise and the knowledge of experienced horse trainers accessible to the public, we increasingly offer various courses at our facility.
